Refund policy

There is a 30- day return period for your purchases from Wandering Stones. We understand that we live in a changing world. Sometimes you or your world conditions are altered, and you need to make changes including returns. That’s just fine, we’ll roll with it. Just send us back the product you wish returned. We will issue a refund for the product as long as it is received undamaged within 30-days.

To initiate returns, send an email to customercare@wanderingstones.com. In the email, please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason why. Once the product(s) is received, we will refund you for your purchase price. The refund will be issued back to the card you used to purchase the product. Once received, returns take 1-3 business days to process. Refunds are initiated after your return is processed and may take up to 5-7 business days.
